if the purpose is simply to export a table in a coach, use the "Data Export" control in BPM UI Toolkit.

If the task is more complex, such as to fill in a predefined excel template, use java integration, write the excel export logic in java, then build it as a jar, upload to BPM for using in a java integration module.
